SHANE means “A GIFT FROM GOD." Mz. Shane is an extraordinary GIFT FROM GOD, strategically positioned in this world for a delightful purpose greater than herself. A purpose of this magnitude does not come without historical hurdles that at one point held Mz. Shane hostage in decades of secret shameful pain. However, like EnVogue sang, “free your mind and the rest will follow," and now “Ain’t No Shame With MZ. SHANE!”
Tony Robbins puts it nicely, “your past does not equal your future; unless you choose to live there." Everyone has a past. When we keep shame camouflaged, it has a way of hijacking our life-force. In this voyage called life, we all suffer, hurt and at some point, experience shame. Shame has a way of convincing us that we aren’t enough just as we are. Allowing shame to be a passenger on our bus or have a seat at our table, diminishes who we are. Identifying and confronting the foundation of shame gives us authorization to emancipate ourselves from its limiting clutches and regain our self-worth.
